Brief description

Know how to communicate with customers and offer them products adapted to their needs while respecting the main rules of the art in air conditioning, heating and ventilation. We are certainly not looking for pressure sellers. The primary goal is the sustainable development of customers by offering products that will satisfy their entire satisfaction at a fair price.

Tasks – Customers
Greet customers in a relaxed / open manner and establish a long-term relationship of trust with the intention of providing the most satisfying customer experience possible.
Know how to listen carefully to customers by asking them questions to find out their precise needs and help them choose the equipment that best suits them within their budgets.
Know the products in order to be able to describe the advantages of each product, such as performance, comfort, operation, accessories, etc.
Be able to describe the operation of the devices and their functions.
Being able to clearly explain the differences and the advantages between each of the products sold by the company and the competition according to the client’s needs.
Know how to negotiate. Make sure to see the sales manager for approval before completing the sale.
During a sale, fill out the necessary forms required by the company. Make sure you have answered all of the client’s questions
Establish after-sales follow-up and a customer satisfaction program
Be able to provide excellent customer service via email and telephone

Transaction
Make sure the customer understands the benefits of the product they are buying.
Hand over all product documentation to the customer

Knowledge and training
Know and understand how each product and service works.
Be able to perform air conditioning, heating and ventilation load calculations.
Being able to work with estimation and customer relationship programs
Keep abreast of all new products and accessories. Know their specific characteristics and their advantages.
Take product, sales, customer service and other training courses as directed.
Know and understand the laws that govern the field of air conditioning, heating and ventilation (federal, provincial and municipal laws).

Sales targets
Establish annual sales targets and have them approved by company management. Track progress well in order to reach them effectively
Improve efficiency through daily, weekly and monthly analysis of its activities. Correct inefficiencies / unproductivity, continue what works, and create new goals to increase business performance.

Prospecting
Communicate with visitors 24/48 hours after the meeting in order to follow up with them and convince them to return by offering other options and advantages available
Always seek new customers using all of the prospecting tools available in the sales area.
Take advantage of the company’s customer monitoring and development system
According to the guidelines, participate in events organized by the company, such as social activities, promotion days, special events, etc.

Other
Take part in the inspection and installation of equipment sold to customers
Assist in the maintenance and preparation of showroom devices and the proper maintenance of showroom operation
Serve as a mentor for new representatives.
Attend sales meetings at all times.
Always be professional in its maintenance and clothing.

Secretary / Receptionist

They play a fundamental role in the smooth running of the business, in particular because it is the first contact with customers. His technical skills allow him to organize and supervise the administrative work for which he is responsible.

Descriptive tasks
Perform classic secretarial work: classify, prepare files, receive mail, receive, filter and transmit telephone communications, collect and format (dashboards, graphics) the various secretarial work of the service
Organize, participate in meetings, conferences, write the minutes;

Descriptive tasks

The refrigeration engineer must perform maintenance tasks, replace filters, check operating sequences, record motor and fan intensities, check refrigeration units.

Ensure the start-up and installation of air conditioning equipment. He must also be able to establish a diagnosis and remedy problems within the framework of a breakdown, will ensure the complete assembly of a refrigeration installation.

The tinsmith must perform maintenance tasks, replace filters, install ventilation ducts, calculate loads, interpret plans and specifications, design and manufacture ventilation ducts

Ensure the start-up and installation of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment. He will also be able to establish a diagnosis and remedy problems as part of a troubleshooting, will ensure the complete assembly of a ventilation installation
