Delivery or pickup
Free shipping
Most of the products on our website are offered with free shipping: we cover the full cost of delivery.
Shipping not included
Some products are not offered with free shipping. On the Cart page, you can calculate the shipping cost for your address. Orders are delivered by well-known carriers such as Canada Post and FedEx.
Pickup in store
You can pick up the items ordered on our website during our business hours. When your order is ready, we confirm by email and by phone that the items are in stock and ready to be picked up.
Shipping policy
Delivery times
The order is shipped as soon as possible after it is accepted and the payment is confirmed. Depending on the destination and the availability of the products, delivery takes 2 to 14 business days.
The delivery time always depends on whether the product is in stock. But don’t worry: you will receive your product, it’s guaranteed. We go out of our way to give you the best service and the best delivery times possible.
During shipping
Ordered products become the buyer’s responsibility as soon as Les Entreprises MPH hands them over to the carrier.
A product arrives in poor condition? Despite all our efforts and precautions when handling our products, you must notify Les Entreprises MPH within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product.
Product received in poor condition
If you received a product in poor condition, Les Entreprises MPH will send you the same product again or pay you a financial compensation that cannot exceed the amount paid, minus the shipping costs.
Returns
You can return an unopened item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. The buyer pays the shipping costs to send the product back to us. All the conditions are in our return policy.
