We accept returns of defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [450-623-8677] and provide us with the details of the product and its defect. You can send the article that you consider defective to the following address:

You can return unopened items, in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase, if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

When we receive the returned product, we will carefully review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Only items at current price can be refunded. Items sold at reduced prices are not refundable. To find out the status of your refund request, please contact us at [450-623-8677].

Shipping Policy

The order will be shipped as soon as possible after acceptance and confirmation of payment. By destination and product availability, delivery time can range from 2 to 14 business days.

Important

Before ordering, make sure you have the right filter size.
If you order wrong filters, you will have to cover shipping and handling charges for the items.

“Free delivery” does not mean a full refund when products are returned by the consumer.

“Free delivery” is based on the completion of the buy / sell transaction without return and the delivery costs for shipping the products are included in the price. Delivery charges for the products are $ 12 for Quebec and Ontario and $ 24 for Western Canada.

If the customer orders the wrong filter size or makes a mistake in the order, we will not reimburse the shipping costs. The customer must also pay for the shipment of products.

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price and when it says “free shipping”, like all other companies that offer free shipping, the costs are included in the price because delivery companies do not deliver for free. .

If a mistake is made by our company, we will bear all the costs without any problem.

When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and we will notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect gives you the right to a replacement. If necessary, we will send you a replacement product.

Exceptions

Some items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be paid in advance, and you also have to pay the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss and damage to the equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The reimbursed amounts will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
