The Convectair Calypso for 120V and 240V bathrooms

The Convectair Calypso is a device worthy of the coldest and is one of the many blowers offered by Convectair. Its timer offers, on request, 2000 watts of intense and instant heat quickly providing unparalleled comfort in the bathroom. Safe, it has thermal safety which stops operation in the event of overheating. It resists splashing water and has a removable and easy-to-clean filter.

Punctual power The blower, generally more compact, allows rapid heating and a more intense air movement. Its heating element, with low thermal inertia, allows power to be concentrated in a small space. The heat of the element is directly communicated to the air pushed by a turbine. Coupled with a timer, the blowers really give heating ‘on demand’. A convector maintains the requested temperature without leaving room for the slightest variations. Thanks to the electronic thermostat sensitive to the nearest 1/10 ° C, the occupants move in a stable environment, as long as they want and without playing with the thermostat, whatever the variations of the outside climate.

 

 

Two-speed comfort

The Calypso works with a first power of 1000 W which will bring you constant warmth in the room. When you need more heat, the timer activates the second power of the Calypso which adds another 1000 W of intense heat for a total of 2000 W on request.

Its precision

Thanks to its electronic thermostat sensitive to 1/10 ° C near the Calypso makes sure to maintain the requested temperature without leaving room for the slightest variations. You will live in a stable atmosphere, without having to adjust the thermostat, whatever the variations in the outside temperature.

Safety in the bathroom

The Calypso is designed so as not to be affected by splashing water. The heating element is inaccessible to children’s fingers. The lockable thermostat has a safety device in case of overheating. It is recommended to follow the building code during installation and respect the minimum distances between water sources and the device.

Thermal safety with automatic maintenance interrupting operation in the event of overheating, with reset by interruption of the supply.

Regulation

Integrated proportional electronic thermostat for basic heating.

Electronic timer of 5-90 minutes for accelerated heating, with light indicator.

Programmer: Compatible with the Programmer, using a pilot wire.

Air outlet by lower grille directing the flow of hot air towards the floor in the center of the room.
