The use of our website is subject to the following terms of use, as amended from time to time (the “terms”). You agree to provide us with accurate personal information, such as your email address, mailing address and other contact information, so that we can process your order or contact you when needed. You agree to promptly update your account and information. You authorize us to collect this information and use it to communicate with you, in accordance with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to make changes to the website, which may include removing, changing, suspending or discontinuing any part of the website, at any time and without notice. We may impose new rules or restrictions on the use of our website.

You agree to review the terms periodically: if you continue to access and use our website, it means that you accept all the changes made to them. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any change, suspension or discontinuance of our website or of any service, content, feature or product offered on our website.

Orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or restrict sales of our products and services to any person or household, or in any geographic region or territory.

The prices of our products may change without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, the prices shown on our website are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including those that appear to have been placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that your order is fraudulent or based on inaccurate information, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products shown on our website, although we have made every effort to show them as accurately as possible.

The order is shipped as soon as possible after it is accepted and the payment is confirmed. Depending on the destination and the availability of the products, delivery takes 2 to 14 business days:

The delivery time always depends on whether the product is in stock. But don’t worry: you will receive your product, it’s guaranteed. We go out of our way to give you the best service and the best delivery times possible.

Important: before ordering, make sure you have the right filter size. If you order filters of the wrong size, you will have to cover the shipping and handling costs for the items.

“Free shipping” does not mean a full refund when products are returned by the consumer. It is based on the purchase being completed without a return: the cost of shipping the products is included in the price. The shipping costs for the products are $20 for Quebec and Ontario and $24 for Western Canada.

If the customer orders the wrong filter size or makes a mistake in the order, we do not refund the shipping costs, and the customer must also pay to ship the products. As with all companies that offer free shipping, these costs are included in the purchase price: carriers do not deliver for free.

If the mistake is ours, we cover all the costs, no problem.

If any provision of the terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be removed from the terms, and the remaining terms will continue to be valid and to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Any dispute related to or arising from the terms, the privacy policy or the use of our website or of the products and services offered on it will be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any lawsuit, action or proceeding related to the terms or to your use of our website must be brought before the courts of the province of Quebec, in the city of Saint-Eustache, and you irrevocably accept the relevance and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
